Can you customize for any length?

We do length-wise customizations for the customer requirement. However, customers need to request 3000 m for elastic tapes for the minimum order quantity of any elastic type.

 

Do you stamp brand prints on tapes?

Yes. We can stamp brand prints and other text on the tape

Could you provide free samples?

Yes, if we have the sample you want in the stock, we can provide a sample for free, and you just pay the freight fee.

If you need to customize your product, we need to charge the sample-making fee.

How long does it take to send out the sample?

If we have the product in stock, we will send it out in 2 days after receiving your freight account or freight fee.

If your sample needs to be produced, it would take 5-7days. If you need the sample in a shorter period of time, we can arrange for that as well.

How do you send the goods to me?

For sample and small quantity products, goods will be sent out by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT.

For mass production, you can choose to get your order delivered by air or by sea.
